Frequently Asked Questions

Once you request a quote or send us an email our design team will get back to you within one business day if any other information is needed. Then a digital layout with your logo for your approval will be created. Once approved, production can take between 2-6 weeks depending on the item you are requesting. We will notify you when your order is complete. Pick up option is available in our office in LA or we can also ship the items to you (shipping fees apply)

Production time varies by Item & Quantity

• Printed Labels: 2-3 weeks
• Woven Labels: 3-4 weeks 

Standard Items 

• Hangtags, Business Cards, Stickers: 7-9 business days
• Custom Items & Packaging Supplies : 4-5 weeks

In Stock Items : 1 business day to process

*Expedited Shipping is available on certain items (additional fees apply)

There is a $25 fee for a physical sample for labels which is credited to your final order

• Sampling production is 2 weeks

We do not offer a sample option for our standard items or any custom items under 5,000 pcs

Vector Adobe Illustrator file or high resolution image preferred.

*If you do not have a logo, our talented design team can help you with a logo design. You can send us your inspiration photos and ideas

We do not sew the labels but we do work with sewing/packing companies in the LA Fashion District that we can recommend.
